Signed-in members should use in-app support paths where available. For general inquiries before signup, email the address published in your deployment environment or admin settings once configured.
Before you write
- Include your username (never share passwords)
- Describe the deposit or withdrawal reference if relevant
- Attach only screenshots that do not expose full account secrets
